The frame finish in the main listing photo is the woodburnt option, but we offer a few different frame finishes as well as different cowhide options. the dark walnut is the last photo shown.

Please keep in mind, these are completely handmade and we are a small business. They take time to craft which puts our lead times to 12 weeks. please add two weeks onto the estimated delivery shown on the listing

The hide is real genuine leather hide and varies per cut. There sometimes is small blemishes on the hide as these once were on a live animal.

Processing Time:
Our standard processing time is up to 12 weeks before shipment. This time frame accounts for sourcing materials, handcrafted production, curing times, and quality assurance.

Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges:
• We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
• Once your order is placed, it is considered final and enters our production queue.
• Please carefully review all listing photos, descriptions, sizes, and orientation details before ordering.

Damage or Error:
If your item arrives damaged in shipping or there is an error made on our end, we are happy to work with you to correct the situation.
In these cases, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the issue.
We require clear photos of any damage within 48 hours of delivery.
